Calling all sneakerheads and outdoor adventurers! Canada Goose recently launched their highly anticipated Glacier Trail Sneaker collection. It’s the company’s first-ever sneaker collection, representing an exciting milestone in its mission to bring high-quality outdoor wear to consumers everywhere. Events by Loukia was thrilled to be part of this momentous occasion, planning and designing a series of events celebrating the launch!
Canada Goose Event Series in Lavaux
When Canada Goose’s PR agency, ScienceMagic, requested to collaborate to plan this event series, we had to pinch ourselves! Working with such an established company to celebrate a milestone was a dream.
Together with the team at ScienceMagic, we planned an event series set against the backdrop of the UNESCO-protected region of Lavaux, Switzerland. Each event unfolded amid nature’s splendor, adding a touch of enchantment to the experience. Moreover, the picturesque hills of Lavaux were the perfect place to showcase the new product in action!
The events included an elegant welcome dinner in the Lavaux vineyards, lunch in a traditional Swiss chalet, an afternoon lakeside picnic, and a Swiss cheese fondue night at Whitepod. We designed each event in harmony with the gorgeous natural surroundings, enhancing the 360-degree views with organic floral arrangements by Lilas & Rose.
The events centered on sustainability and ecology as part of Canada Goose’s pursuit of sustainable innovation. They also emphasized authentic Swiss cuisine and the natural beauty of Lavaux. The launch hashtag was #LiveInTheOpen, and these outdoor events in one of the most breathtaking regions demonstrated that philosophy.
